We are excited to share that version 25 will bring a series of enhancements to our Client Center.
1. Мain menu redesign
The main menu has been redesigned. The new menu is now hierarchical, providing a more organized structure. Orders and Payments have been separated into distinct categories for easier navigation. We've also added new categories for the upcoming modules, Subscriptions and Support, which will be further developed in the future.
- Transformed Order Panel: The order panel has been completely transformed to enhance usability and streamline your workflow. Now positioned as the first tab in the "New Order" module, this panel is the core of the order creation process. It features a more intuitive and powerful interface, allowing users to easily add new rows or modify existing ones directly within the grid.
- New "Customer Products" panel: A dedicated panel for "Customer Products" has been added as a new tab in the module, allowing users to select items from a pre-agreed product list, greatly simplifying the order creation process. This panel is designed to enhance efficiency by enabling users to directly input quantities for selected products, which are then automatically added to the "Order" tab with the corresponding details. This seamless integration between the "Customer Products" and "Order" tabs ensures that the ordering process is faster and more accurate, reducing the need for manual data entry and minimizing errors.
- Order Confirmation Pop-Up: We’ve introduced a confirmation pop-up that appears before finalizing an order. This feature ensures that all order details are reviewed and confirmed, significantly reducing the risk of errors and giving users an extra layer of assurance before completing their purchase.
- New Discount Column: A new "Discount" column has been added to the order tab, initially hidden by default to offer greater flexibility in managing product discounts as needed. The discount field associated with this column is LineStandardDiscountPercent.
- New Distribution Channel panel: As part of the latest enhancements to the "New Order" module, a new Distribution Channel tab has been introduced to streamline and simplify product selection for users. The tab dynamically displays the name of the distribution channel selected as the default for the client. Once inside the tab, users will see a list of products associated with the selected channel. The panel includes three key columns: Product Code, Product Name, and an editable Quantity field. When a quantity is entered for any product, it is automatically added to the order, reducing manual steps and minimizing the risk of errors. To further improve efficiency, a search box has been added, allowing users to quickly find specific products within the panel.
The tab also features conditional visibility, meaning it only appears if a default distribution channel is set for the client. This ensures that the interface remains clean and uncluttered, showing relevant options only when necessary.
Overall, this new Distribution Channel tab is designed to enhance the product selection process, providing users with a faster, more intuitive experience when placing orders.
- Customizing panels visibility: The "Customer Products" panel and "Distribution channel" panel are visible by default. You can control their visibility by configuring the JSON settings in the website definition. This enhancement offers greater control over interface customization, aligning with user preferences and improving workflow efficiency.
- Retain user changes when reopening the New order module: The new enhancements ensure that any changes made to orders are automatically saved. Whether if adding, deleting, or modifying items, orders are consistently updated.
- Configurable Site Channel: To streamline order handling, we've introduced a new JSON configuration setting:

When a new order is created in the Client Center, the DistributionChannel field will automatically be set to the channel defined in the site's settings.
If no channel is configured, the system will either locate an existing distribution channel with the code "CC" or create a new one named ClientCenter with the code "CC" to ensure seamless operation. -
Visible Order Number: We’ve added a new “Document No.” field to the header of the New Order panel. This makes it easier for users to quickly identify the reference number of their current order.
3. Configurable Chat Panel Visibility
Easily customize your Client Center home screen with the new JSON setting: {"HideChat": true}
• true: Hides the chat panel.
• false or missing: Shows the chat panel.
This setting is particularly useful for organizations that prefer a cleaner interface or do not actively use the chat feature, allowing them to streamline the user experience.
