We are pleased to inform you that in version 24, we are introducing a new job type - Delete attribute changes history.
The purpose of this job is to delete old history data for attribute changes whose object changeset’s TimeUtc is older than 36 months, starting from the oldest ones.
The default value of 36 months can be adjusted according to the specific needs by configuring and setting a preferred value in the /TrackChanges/AttributeChangesRetentionMonths configuration key.
This job will be automatically created in your database. That means that once the database is upgraded to version 24 – a record for the job will be defined and it will be executed in non-busy hours.
The job can be started either automatically or manually just like the other types of jobs. Running the job will result in the release of internal space in the ERP instance.
