In version 24 of the Web Client, we’ve added a new User field in the definition of warehouse workers, tying their access to certain warehouses based on the internal or virtual user they’re associated with.
This replaces the previous complicated system logic in which one or more Users were matched with a worker based on the Person specified in their definitions.
We’ve also implemented a new update procedure in which a user will be automatically set based on an already specified person, so you don’t need to apply any additional settings.
Our WMS Worker now relies on a worker’s user definition in order to display all warehouses they can enter and begin performing tasks in, making the process of warehouse management more straightforward and efficient!
