Transferring goods between stores is a critical operation for many businesses, especially when a transfer needs to occur involving a store where the user does not have operational rights. In response to this common business need, we’ve introduced a new functionality in v.24, designed to make such transfers seamless and efficient.
New Feature Highlight:
The "/Inv/ListAllStoresForTransfers" configuration option allows users to access restricted stores for transfer operations. This functionality ensures that your inventory management processes are smoother and more flexible, meeting the real-world demands of your business.

Once activated, the To Store dropdown in the Transfer Order interface will display:
- All restricted stores within the Enterprise Company.
- Restricted stores not belonging to any Enterprise Company.
Upon completing a transfer, the system allows users to finalize the Transfer Order while providing clear notifications about access restrictions.
And the user can find the document in the Transfer Orders report:
Why This Matters:
This enhancement addresses a frequent challenge faced by businesses—managing transfers between stores with restricted access. Whether it’s for logistical optimization, inventory balancing, or business-critical requirements, this update ensures operational flexibility without compromising control.
