In version 26, we continue our focus on strengthening consistency, usability, and efficiency across the system. From enforcing stricter data validation in supplier matching to improving everyday usability with scaling options and auto-fill fields, these updates are designed to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
Match enterprise company between documents and suppliers
In version 26 we’ve introduced a set of three nonrevocable business rules called “CheckSupplierEnterpriseCompany”. These rules ensure that the Enterprise Company of a document matches that of the selected supplier, or that the supplier does not belong to any enterprise company.
These checks apply to critical documents: Purchase Orders, Receiving Orders and Purchase Invoices, and are triggered at the Planned+ state. If a mismatch occurs, users are prompted with an error to select the correct supplier.
By enforcing this alignment, these rules prevent errors, enhance data integrity, and safeguard seamless operations—ensuring consistency and compliance across enterprise-wide processes.
Notes field in Lead definition
"Notes" field has been added to the Lead definition. This new field allows users to add comments and additional information when entering a new or updating a current lead, making capturing important details and context easier.
Description now required for Line Discounts
Until version 26, it was possible to save a Line Discount without providing a description. However, since the Description field is the only identifiable attribute of a discount (there’s no separate Name field) this could lead to issues when selecting or managing discounts in document lines.
To address this, we’ve introduced a system business rule that disallows discounts without a description from being recorded. This ensures that every discount is properly labeled, making it easier to identify and apply the correct one. The rule is revocable, allowing flexibility where necessary.

Scaling option for Web panels
A new Scale field has been added to Web panel definitions in the Windows client, allowing users to adjust content scaling between 2% and 500%. Predefined values make selection easier, and the chosen scale can be saved, ensuring a consistent view across sessions.
Auto-fill Parent Document field when all invoice lines are for the same invoice order
A new functionality has been introduced in the Create Invoices navigator of the Desktop Client. When creating a new Invoice where all Invoice lines are linked to the same Invoice Order, the system will now automatically populate the Parent Document field with that shared Invoicе Order. The field will contain information in the following order Invoice Line → Invoice Order Line → Invoice Order. This will ensure consistency when working with related documents.
These enhancements bring greater control, clarity, and reliability to your daily operations. By combining stricter business rules with smarter usability features, we aim for precison and effortlessness.
