With the upgrade to Version 26, the LEGAL_BG website will be automatically defined and activated, making it available for immediate use.
Key Features and Purpose
Central Hub for Legislation: LEGAL_BG becomes the primary platform for all exchanges related to Bulgarian legislation. It will update dynamically in line with changes in national law, reducing the load on the core system.
Euro Transition Support: Certain functions related to Bulgaria’s transition to the euro will be enabled through this site.
SAF-T Integration: Functions for the SAF-T (Bulgarian format) will also be available exclusively through LEGAL_BG.
Government Reporting: The site will be used whenever there is a legal requirement for direct reporting to state administration (for example, Excise or Tax Warehouse).
Licensing and Availability
Activating LEGAL_BG requires an additional site license.
One LEGAL_BG instance can serve multiple Own Companies (OC). Unlike the Client Center (which requires separate instances with unique URLs), there is no need to activate it individually per company.
The site will only be activated if there is at least one Own Company with currency BGN, and if no other LEGAL_BG site is already active.
