Unfulfilled Store Order Lines report now available in Web client (v.26)

Previously available only as a view within the Domain API (StoreOrderLinesUnfulfilledView), the Unfulfilled Store Order Lines report is now fully accessible in the Web Client.

๐Ÿ“ Where to find it

The report is located in the Logistics module under:
Inventory โ†’ Reports & Ledgers โ†’ Unfulfilled Store Order Lines

๐Ÿ“Š What it offers

This report displays Store Order Lines from Store Orders that are in one of the following states: Planned, Firm Planned, or Released.

For each line, it shows whether the ordered quantity and cost have been fully fulfilled. Youโ€™ll be able to see:

  • Remaining (unfulfilled) quantities in base measurement unit
  • Remaining (unfulfilled) line costs
  • Fulfillment status for quantity โ€“ whether the ordered quantity has been fully executed
  • Fulfillment status (overall) โ€“ whether both quantity and cost are fully executed

A Store Order Line is considered unfulfilled if the required quantity or cost has not yet been fully covered through Store Transaction Lines. Fulfillment is recognized only when both are completed within minimal tolerances (0.001 for quantity, 0.01 for cost).

It is especially useful for identifying pending logistics operations that may be blocking the closure of Store Orders.

๐ŸŽฏ Why this matters

This enhancement provides:

  • Direct visibility into fulfillment issues
  • A cleaner and more efficient workflow for logistics managers
  • Better decision-making through real-time access to execution data
