We’ve redesigned how users access the Client Center.
Starting with v.26, access is managed entirely through a new navigator Customers - External Access - with no dependency on Person or Parent Party records.
Users can now:
- Be linked to multiple customers, with a predefined role per customer
- Switch between customers from the top-right selector
- Be added/managed directly in the Client Center (no ERP.net admin required)
⚠️ Important:
After the update, users must be explicitly added to the Customer External Access table to be able to log in the Client Center.
This is a breaking change that affects external user onboarding.
