In version 26, we’re expanding our Microsoft 365 integration to deliver a more complete synchronization experience.
New Mail Sync Job
MSSync now supports mail synchronization through the new Mail Sync Job. Emails sent or received in Microsoft 365 are automatically reflected in ERP.net, keeping communication records consistent across both platforms.
To ensure smooth synchronization, users must have a default local mailbox with an email address matching their Microsoft 365 principal name and without encryption enabled.
Currently, it is not possible to send an email through ERP.net.
One-way Calendar sync
Calendar synchronization now supports one-way sync from ERP.net to Microsoft 365 for activities with status "Released". This ensures that finalized events remain unchanged in ERP.net, while still being visible and properly labeled in Outlook.
When a read-only Released activity is edited in Outlook, it will automatically be marked with a “(Sync issue)” label, as well as categorized under a "ERP.net sync issue" tag for better visibility.
Additional improvements
- The Body field of a Message in the Web Client now fully renders HTML content.
- The Display Text Format of a mail includes the creation date and subject.
These enhancements make Microsoft 365 synchronization more reliable, transparent, and aligned with real-world business workflows.
