On 16 January 2026 at 22:00, a service interruption is planned for the installation of the monthly updates related to information security.
At the same time, the final step of converting the databases to EURO will be carried out. We will make every effort to complete both tasks within a single downtime window.
We cannot provide an exact service restoration time due to differences in data volume across clients and other factors, but we will strive to complete the tasks as quickly as possible.
If, on 17 January 2026 at 09:00, there are still instances where the conversion has not yet started, we will notify you. You will then be able to choose whether:
we continue during the day, or
we perform a new service interruption the following evening after 22:00, or
we schedule the interruption at another time convenient for you.
