Planned System Maintenance – July 29th, 2026

On July 29th, 2026, starting at 19:00 UTC, we carried out scheduled maintenance across parts of our infrastructure.

The maintenance was focused on improving the overall performance, reliability, security, and long-term stability of the systems supporting our services.

As part of this work, we performed several infrastructure improvements, including:

  • Optimization of system resources to improve performance and ensure sufficient capacity.
  • Modernization of server infrastructure to the latest supported Windows Server platform.
  • Installation of the latest operating system, security, and stability updates.
  • Updates and maintenance of the database platform supporting the applications.
  • General infrastructure and security checks to ensure the environment remains up to date and operating according to current standards.

Some services were temporarily unavailable while these changes were being implemented and systems were being restarted and validated.

We would also like to clarify why some customers did not receive the planned maintenance notification in advance.

During our review, we identified that the maintenance announcement had been created but it had overwritten an existing notification article rather than publishing it as a new notification. As a result, the content was updated successfully, but the customer notification mechanism was not triggered.

The issue with the notification process has now been identified, and we will ensure that future maintenance announcements are published in a way that correctly triggers customer notifications.

The maintenance itself was completed successfully, and the work performed is part of our ongoing effort to maintain a secure, reliable, and well-performing environment for our customers.

Thank you for your understanding.
