Change of the default value for the "Use simple layout for filter panels" option (2019.1)

In the File tab → Settings menu there is an option called "Use simple layout for filter panels".

When the option is check marked then the visualization of the navigator filters is in the format "Field OR Value".

If the option is not check-marked then the visualization of the navigator filters is in the format "Field: Value".

Till version 2019.1 the default value for the "Use simple layout for filter panels" option was False. Since version 2019.1 (including) the option will be enabled by default. A.k.a the visualization of the filters for new users and users who have never used the option will be in the format "Field OR Value".

Note: In need of mass setting of the option, this can be accomplished by adding or adjusting the value of the key in the registers.
