New Comparison Type For Conditions in Business Rules (v.22)

Starting with v.22 (see version numbering), user-defined business rules can have NOT EQUALS conditions. Up until now, to achieve such condition, the user had to create a specially crafted calculated attribute. 

With the new functionality, it is much easier to run the business rule only when the attribute is NOT EQUAL to the specified value.
