The Document Flow panel has been updated and now features the same new visual style as the rest of the system. During the update, the meaning of the icons has been changed.
Previously, the icon for each parent/child document was trying to reflect the system type of the document. But as there are so many system document types, it was not that meaningful to the end user.
With the update, the icon now shows the STATE of the document. This is much clearer and conveys very useful information. With a single glance, the user can now see the stats of the documents and if some of them are void.
Another update is with the Create Child Document menu. This was also updated to show the state of the document which will be generated. Previously, these were only a generic icons. Now the user gets more information and in a clearer way.
