We’re excited to announce the latest WMS improvements in Version 26. This update brings major upgrades to warehouse visibility, execution, and LUN management — designed to simplify everyday operations and enhance productivity.
🧭 Warehouse Manager View – Unified Control for Execution
One of the biggest enhancements in this release is the introduction of the Warehouse Manager View, a consolidated workspace designed specifically for warehouse supervisors. This Saved View in the ERP.net Desktop Client provides full visibility and control across the entire fulfillment flow, all in a single screen.
The view is split into two main components:
-
Main Navigator (Left Panel)
Displays Warehouse Orders with status color coding using calculated attributes (e.g., progress and direction). These allow for quick assessment of what’s in progress, completed, or pending, with color and icon indicators applied via Expression Format Conditions. -
Web Panels (Right Panel)
Four interactive panels show:-
The full order details (lines and transactions)
-
The parent Requisition document
-
The originating Store Order
-
A second navigator for assigning orders in bulk
-
-
Warehouse managers can track real-time progress, see who executed what and when, view related documents, and assign new orders — all from one place.
-
Each panel is synchronized with the selection in the main navigator (except the fourth, which allows direct assignment actions).
-
Notably, the system supports follow-up execution:
If a line remains unfulfilled, the manager can trigger a new requisition and order from the Store Order panel.
These are created using UI functions and follow the configured document flow, with full visibility from start to finish.

🧱 Logistic Unit (LUN) Enhancements
Several improvements have been made to the handling of Logistic Units (LUN) across multiple WMS Worker menus:
🔍 LUN Reconciliation Process
We’ve made it easier to perform inventory reconciliations at the LUN level:
-
New LUN Field in WMS Worker – Reconcile
A new field below the Location input allows users to reconcile based on a specific LUN, without needing to process the entire location. -
Immediate Product List per LUN
After entering a LUN, the system displays its product contents directly, speeding up the process and reducing manual steps. -
Transaction Creation for LUNs Only
Once reconciliation is complete, transactions are generated only for the selected LUN—other products or LUNs in the same location are unaffected.

🚚 Direct LUN-Based Movement in WMS Worker – Move
A new option has been introduced in the Move screen, enabling users to move entire Logistic Units directly:
-
New Radio Option: Move by LUN
Users can now choose between Move by Location and Move by LUN using radio buttons. When Move by LUN is selected, a dedicated input field appears for entering the LUN code (validated against active LUNs). This is especially helpful in scenarios like receiving or on-the-fly warehouse rearrangements. -
Streamlined LUN Move Workflow
Scanning a LUN on the main screen directly opens the list of products it contains, assuming the entire LUN will be moved. There's no need to scan the current location, and users skip unnecessary screens or lookups. -
Smart Behavior & Error Handling
The system remembers the last selected move mode (Location or LUN), and adjusts focus accordingly. If a LUN is scanned but has no availability in the current warehouse, a clear error is shown. Switching to Move by Location after that will clear the LUN field automatically. -
UI Update
The screen title is now simplified to just Move / Преместване, as the new radio button layout already clarifies the selected mode.

🔎 LUN Filter in Availability Menu
-
Users can now filter inventory by LUN, product, or location in the Availability screen—allowing for faster access to stock details and more granular control.

🛑 Single Location Validation for LUNs
-
To ensure accurate inventory tracking, each Logistic Unit (LUN) can now exist in only one location.
-
If the same LUN is detected across multiple locations, the system will trigger an error.
🎯 Quantity Selection Improvements in the Availability Panel during Warehouse Order Execution
We’ve simplified the process of selecting quantities in the Availability panel:
-
Users can now easily select the desired quantity by clicking on the row in the info panel within the quantity screen while executing warehouse orders.
-
When the available quantity is less than or equal to the suggested amount, the full quantity will be selected automatically.
-
When the available quantity exceeds the suggested amount, it will adjust to match the suggested amount.
-
The system now also displays the available quantity in the unit of the ordered item, in addition to the base unit.
🧾 Details Panel in Availability Menu
-
When selecting a row in the Availability panel, a Details panel opens to reveal full field names and values in a clean, readable layout.
-
For products, both the part number and the name are displayed — one beneath the other — which helps distinguish between similar items, lots, or serials at a glance.

💾 Persistent UI State in Warehouse Orders
To provide a more seamless and efficient experience, the system now preserves several interface elements in the Warehouse Order view across sessions:
-
Tab State: Whether you were last working in the “Remaining,” “Executed,” or “All” tabs, the same tab will be automatically shown when you reopen the order.
-
Info Panels: All Info Panels now remember their open or closed state based on your preferences.
-
The main Info Panel will always appear at the top of the screen, ensuring key data is always accessible.
These enhancements help streamline daily operations and reduce unnecessary clicks, especially when navigating between multiple orders.
🚨 Over-Execution Management & Alert System
We’ve introduced enhancements to manage over-execution more effectively:
-
Visual & Audible Alerts: If the quantity on an order line exceeds the expected amount, the system will trigger a red highlight, an audible alert, and a temporary pop-up warning to notify the user instantly.
-
LOG0207 Generation Update: As part of these changes, the LOG0207 generation has been updated to automatically mark the
AllowOverExecutioncheckbox on any over-executed Store Transaction lines, ensuring proper tracking of over-execution cases.

📇 Barcode Scan Quantity Policy Update & Config Option Removal
We’ve introduced an optional improvement for handling barcode scanning when the BarcodeScanEntersQuantityOfOnePce is enabled.
-
With this policy activated, scanning a barcode directly into the SCAN field of the Order’s Line List will automatically interpret the scan as 1 PCE if no quantity is specified.
-
This helps streamline operations by reducing manual input where the policy is in effect.
-
Additionally, the outdated configuration option that previously controlled this behavior has been removed to simplify the process.
