Groups just got even better!
We’ve rolled out a series of updates designed to give you faster access, smarter organization, and richer communication — so you can stay focused on what matters most.
Pin group!
✅ Pin groups for quick access:
Easily pin any group directly from the menu and it will appear in the "Pinned Groups" section for faster access.
✅ Custom order:
Pin/unpin and rearrange your pinned groups effortlessly through the tiny dot menu, in the section, allowing you to keep your most important groups exactly where you need them.

Automatic Chat tab opening
Switching between chat groups is now seamless — when you open a new group, the Chat tab will load automatically.
You can start reading or replying to messages instantly, without extra clicks.
System comments on various group events
To help you stay updated with what’s happening in your groups, we’ve added automatic messages in the chat whenever
Someone joins or leaves the group (click/tap on their name to see their profile card)
the Group is renamed
a Task is assigned to the group
an Activity is linked to the group (follows)
a File is uploaded in tab Files
- a Case is assigned to the group
Additionally, tapping the system message reveals the time the event occurred.
Create a chat with yourself
Sometimes you need a place just for yourself, so there is our quick and easy solution - your very own private chat to capture ideas, store quick links, draft messages before sharing, for notes, thoughts, links, reminders, or anything else you don’t want to forget.
👋No setup needed — just open the group interface and send a message without selecting anyone else.
This will instantly create your personal chat group.
✅ It works like any other group
You can rename it
You can add participants later (but then it’s no longer private)
You are the sole admin
⚠️Note! You can have only one personal group at a time. Once created you cannot leave the group, unless you add another member to it and switch administration rights.
This is your space to think freely — synced across all your devices.
Control chat history for new members
You can now choose how much of the chat history is shared with new members when adding them to a group chat. Use the new “Share chat history” option to decide whether to share no history, a custom number of past days, or the full history.
By default, 1 day of chat history will be shared when a new member is added.
- A system message will automatically inform the chat about the new member, their assigned role, and the extent of chat history they've been granted access to.
This gives teams greater flexibility and control over context, privacy, and onboarding experience.
Focusing of a group for instant visibility
We’ve introduced Group Focusing to make sure you never miss important updates.
When a group is focused, it automatically moves to the top of its section — whether that’s Pinned or Recent — and gets:
A blue dot to the left of its name
Bold text for the group name
These visual cues mean something new has happened.
A group will focus for you when:
A new comment is posted in the group
Someone reacts to your comment
A new group event is created (and the related system comment is posted)
By bringing updated groups closer to your eyes, we help you quickly spot where the action is.
💡 Group focusing works hand-in-hand with your notifications — especially for comments, whether from members or system messages — so you can both see and be alerted to what’s new.
Meet - video conferencing
A big step forward in how teams communicate and collaborate within the Group application — introducing the Meet feature!
In today’s fast-paced environment, communication is everything. With the new "Meet" option, group members can instantly jump into real-time conversations as naturally as if they were sitting around the same table. Whether it’s a quick sync or an in-depth discussion, "Meet" brings the room to you.
🌟 Until now, online meetings have often required jumping between tools and platforms. That’s changing. "Meet" is built right into your Group environment, so discussions happen exactly where collaboration already lives. It's fast, seamless, and simple.

Start a meeting anytime – аny group member can initiate a meeting
- Integrated experience – meetings open in a dedicated Video Conferencing page and are fully connected with notifications
Personalized settings – the interface offers settings for personal preferences
Standard meeting tools – camera and microphone work by default for each participant, so you’re ready to speak and be seen
Recording power – аny member can start a recording*
The platform informs with a combination of notifications - voice and pop-ups
ℹ️*Recording features depend on your licence:
X19 – Basic (allows access for internal users only, no recording)
X20 – Advanced (allows acces for internal and external users, recording by internal users only)
Immediate access - recordings are available for download immediately after the meeting and are automatically saved in the Files section of your group.
Moreover, whenever a meeting is initiated, a prompt comment appears in the chat window to announce its start. Members can simply click the Join meeting link in the message to participate.
The name of the recording indicates the exact date and time up to the second, so no matter how short the meeting was, every recorded second is there.
⚠️ Important:
Meeting recordings are available for download for 24 hours only.
After that, the link will no longer be accessible and recordings will be automatically deleted.
Please make sure to download your recording within this time window from the Files section or the meeting interface.
Agile Project Module integration
For users subscribed to the Agile Project module, groups now include a dedicated Cases tab right in the header panel.
From here, group members can:
Browse all cases assigned to the group
Stay aligned on responsibilities
Collaborate directly where the work is happening
This integration brings real project collaboration into your groups — connecting conversations with tasks and cases in one place.
